You could create the spreadsheet yourself, "Re-invent the Wheel" so to speak. You can find the Penman‑Monteith equation on the web; in fact, several versions of it. Then find a formula for the length of day, another for solar radiation, etc. Then combine it all in a spreadsheet and test it as Hydrogold have done. Most likely that will take you many days to do. If you have the time, it will be a good education for you.
